These guys did a really good job, and the city inspector said it was a top-notch installation when he came to approve the permit. They were friendly and professional, with good attention to detail, and were responsive to my questions even after the bill was paid. The price was on par with an estimate I got through a big box store and I prefer having a smaller operation and personal attention. Had these guys install a new heating and cooling system for me and could not be happier with the way things went. The quality of the installation was the best I have ever seen and included lots of thoughtful extra touches that made it an outstanding experience. Since this was a high efficiency furnace it creates acidic condensation and they added an acid neutralizer to the system so that the water going into my pipes would not cause corrosion issues in the future. The filtration system they used is also the best that can be added to a system for dust reduction. The furnace came with a missing piece to hook up the air conditioning unit and they got the furnace up and running and then arranged everything once they got the missing piece. They kept in touch during the whole process so that I did not have to do any follow-up myself. System passed with flying colors the first time on inspection which has not been my experience with other companies. The following week after the install was when we had a really cold snap and the system worked way better than my old one, I think mainly due to the quality of the install as they were very similar furnaces. Most HVAC equipment is pretty similar and the mark of a great company is the work they do and so far these guys are the best.
