They did the worst job ever!!!! They have tried to block me from every forum. They are trying to hide their horrible business practices. They owe me about $1,000.00 for work they didn't complete or was done subpar. If they were even concerned about ripping off an elderly woman and her disabled daughter this could have been resolved. Instead I have to let everyone know they don't know what customer service is.

Scheduled an appointment for a quote. Didn't show, he texted the next day to say his phone broke and we re-scheduled. Again, didn't show, so I texted after he was about 15-20 minutes late and he said he was hitting traffic and would be there in 10-15 minutes. An hour later, still not there so I call and no answer. I texted to tell him not to bother coming and he replies 'thanking me for wasting his time.' Guy obviously has no regard for customer's time.

They helped me get my house fixed up to put it on the market , I took their advice on updating my doors and a few other updates and got an offer higher than my asking price . I highly recommend Charlie's Handyman Services . Thanks guys .

Charlie's Handyman Services has done numerous repairs and upgrades to my home over the last 6 months and I couldn't be happier with the services I've received from both Charlie and Ashley. Charlie is truly an "Ace of all Trades" as their logo says! He can do it all, and I've put him up to a few challenges to see! Charlie has repaired my sprinklers earlier this summer as well as my water pressure regulator valve, pricing was fair. He and his crew finished my garage with dryall and insulation as the first project I hired them for and were fast and efficient. Most recently Charlie replaced my old trim with beautiful crown molding and repair my fence and gate. No complaints. Charlie and Ashley are Hands down my go to people when I need or want something done in my home. I dont believe either of the negative comments I've read, I've been around long enough to know good business and bad business, this is a good business. Charlie and everyone at Charlie's Handyman Services have always been honest and professional. Charlie and Ashley are great people and are both extremely hard working, honest, trustworthy individuals. Thank you both for all the hard work, will be calling you soon for the kitchen floors! :) -Rachel
