this is a great company I called, and Lisa answered my call she was able to schedule someday service. the service man arrived and got right to the problem fixed it. I already refunded them to a friend. thank you, Dirty Jobs.

Their driver was cutting off other cars with no turn signal and when I called their dispatcher she told me to call the police. She then hung up on me. When I called back she hung and then wouldn't answer the phone. So if their dispatcher will not address how their driver was driving how good will they do their jobs in people's house. Unacceptable, disturbing and just laziness. License plate 233-PEN let's see if someone contact me about how their driver almost caused several accidents.

Incompetent and dishonest. Those are the best words to describe these people. Had a simple job to be done. Took my credit card number in advance however saying that they preferred cash, which I provided. I was Charged $490 for a simple faucet leaking. Less than 48 hours it was leaking profusely again. Next morning I called Roberta to ask Steve to come back and was told that I would have to pay another $150 visit charge plus any part he had to replace. Of course, he didn't show me the part he said he replaced. To fix his bad job I had to pay him again, which seemed unbelievable to me. If you hire these guys there is no warranty whatsoever on the job. So, be careful, because they seem to be more available than other services. And now I know why. Plumber Saves Family's Lives! plumber was called to cable a plugged kitchen sink. While the plumber was there, he did a quick inspect of the plumbing in the basement and found the exhaust pipe from the water heater and the heater to the house disconnected. Doing this job at an Aurora duplex on 13th / Potomac. The family in the home was experiencing headaches, nausea and vomiting they did not know these are symptoms of (CARBON MONOXIDE POSONING). They thought it was the flu or Covid-19. The Landlord had a water heater installed in November. Just under a year this family has been exposed to and dying of CARBON MONOXIDE POSONING, Job date 9/19/2020 Service: Leak investigation and repair

I talked to rebecca on 7/12/2020 in the evening. She said they would come over the next day and for 157 dollars they would replace the water hoses under my bathroom sink. My daughter was home while I had to work. Rebecca called me and said it's the faucet that's leaking. They did not change the hoses plus she took 147 dollars off my Capitol one card and another 200 dollars off my Visa. I called her and said give me my 200 dollars back. I paid you from my Capitol one card. She was only supposed to take 10 dollars from my Visa. She said I'll get my money back in 2 to 3 days that it's only a pre-autherization and I'll get my 200 dollars back. I called her the 2nd day and she said it would take 3 to 5 business days. I reminded her she told me it would take 2 to 3 business days. Today is the 3rd day I still do not have my 200 dollars back on my Visa that I did not agree too so now on Monday I'm going to take this company to court plus im filing a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO THE WORK THEY PROMISE OVER THE PHONE!!!! THIS IS A BAD COMPANY!!!!! THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!!
