Kahn Construction

Kahn construction closed all exits to a business parking lot that had a one way entrance for over 5 hrs. This created a highly unsafe situation where cars entered via the one way and were then forced to exit illegally on a one way street. Not sure OSHA would approve, take this into consideration when you hire them.

These guys are an absolute joke, will refuse to cover any of their shoddy construction and install faulty products and refuse to fix them during warranty phase and hide behind their cover of ProHome. Do not even understand how to build something with proper grade. Do not purchase a home from these people if they were the construction company. Service: General construction

Kahn promised to pay overtime and issued us change order's for the long hours and weekend work we did, but then came the back charges, which coincidentally were about the amount of our overtime change orders. Our company received a back charge for "general conditions" 1 month after the project was completed without any prior notice or time to cure. Per our contract, we were able to recoup the cleaning back charge because Kahn was supposed to give written notice with time to cure. The other items we were not able to recoup such as; fork lift rental we used to unload tile; pallet jack rental when had our own but couldn't prove otherwise; moving of material when Kahn specifically told us where to put our material and then kept changing where it needed to be moved. I wouldn't recommend Kahn Construction to a potential client or subcontractor.
