Working with Tim and RR was an awesome fit. Found him on Google and wanted to see if he'd bid a job. This wasn't a simple job. 24" 30 ft LVLs--4 of them because that's what the engineer said we needed to take down the load bearing wall that went down the middle of the house. These suckers were 400 lbs each. Tim came in with a very reasonable bid and stuck to it, even giving me credits where the work ended up being less than planned. He's very responsive via text/email and generally laid back and easy to work with. When a couple of mistakes were made (nothing big), he got right on fixing them with his guys. When the engineer came to inspect the work to sign off, his words were, "these guys did awesome job. Can you give me their contact info so I can use him for other projects?" The engineer also told me he had doubts in the beginning that I'd even find someone to do the job given the size of the LVLs. Thanks to you, Tim, and all your hard working team for tackling a tough project and seeing it through!

This was the second project we did with Remaster Renovations. Once again, Tim and team did a fabulous job! The first was a large renovation of our kitchen, master bathroom, and flooring. This time we needed to convert the basement bathroom from a tub/shower combo to a walk in shower. Not only were the results great, Tim made sure to create as little disruption as possible. He protected flooring, and other surfaces before beginning the work to ensure as little dust and dirt as possible. His communication is excellent, and difficult to come by in this industry. Tim bids out work with a detailed estimate so we know exactly what will be done and how much it costs. If there is a change, we talk through it together, and then he updates all invoicing to ensure we are comfortable and in agreement with the approach. He doesn't do anything that hasn't been discussed and agreed to first. We love that! The quality of work he delivers, his strong work ethic, and his fun loving, positive attitude, makes it easy for me to recommend him for any of your home renovation needs!
