        Why make an appointment if they don't finish in the time quoted? Only to be told an appointment is only a guarantee of service. This is the second time we've used them for an oil change with poor service. The first time they left the oil filter loose resulting in oil drips and loss of oil.

        Please teach the service advisors some knowledge when it comes to Toyota vehicles. When I come and ask a very simple question about my 2020 Toyota 4runner I expect all your service employee to know the basic ends and outs of Toyota vehicles. I should never have to travel out of my way because your employee don't know anything or the fact that its 3pm and they just dont feel like doing anything else for the day!! Thanks to GROOVE TOYOTA I was able to get my simple worry answered and fixed by the end of the day!!
