    My sister got my mom tires there. I dont know why since theyre not a tire shop but anyway, two of them keep going flat after a very short time and so I called and they told me to drop the car off and they would look to see what the problem is. I have done this five times now, which is ridiculous and I live way across town, so its not an easy trip and I constantly have to put air in the tires every time I drive it. I also have to leave my car with them every time. I have asked them to just replace the tires but they refuse. They were under different management and staff and after the third time, the previous staff said that they would just replace them if it happened again (which it did). The new manager, John would not honor that arrangement and just talked badly about the previous staff member who had been helping me prior and asked me to bring the car in the following week! It wasnt even put on priority to fix it. They required appointments and wouldnt even fit my moms car in on any day. Anyway, I brought it two more times under the new management and staff and John said that he couldnt find a problem with the tires and said that it was possibly the censors. I left because I dont understand car stuff and told my boyfriend, who then called John and said if that was the case, then why do we still have to put air in the tires? (They are obviously low and were not just going by the gage). John told him to have me call him so that I could yet again bring my car in and leave it there. I called right away but apparently he had just left for the day. I left a message but didnt hear back. Im so sick of dealing with them that I still havent gotten this situation resolved. I also want to mention that the new manager is not professional at all. He talked badly about the previous staff, he swore and he talked down to me and my sister when we were there trying to get clarification on things. They used to be a good auto shop. Expensive but pretty good. I would not recommend this shop at all for anything.

    I took my car in to Keller's for an oil change and was told I needed new front brake pads and rotors. So I decided to get a second and third opinion from two other reputable shops. Turns out my front brakes still had over 50% of the pad remaining and BOTH shops said my rotors could be turned NOT replaced. Consequently, Keller's will not get any more business from me. I need a shop I can trust.

  • Master Master and Commander Commander

    Don't bother unless you are looking for lite maintence work or just a cheap oil change. I have now been in there 6 times in last 6 months for same situation and repair. Each time they have told me they have fixed the issue ( always a different fix for same problem) for it only to come back within days. Then they tell me it will be an additional charge because this wasn't what they fixed the last time even though the problem is the same each time. I would be very careful with anything they tell you or quote you. They used to be a very good place to go but now it seems they have forgotten what customer service really means.
