One star is a generous add for this disaster of a mediator. This woman should not be allowed in the business. She is unprofessional, lacks knowledge, was of no help whatsoever with mediation of my divorce. The biggest waste of money I have ever spent. DO NOT use this woman.

Colleen was a kind, professional, and impartial CFI for our challenging coparenting case. Dont pay attention to the negative reviews on here - those were provided by people whose claims were unfounded, or were working against the best interest of their children/families/partners children. For example, a certain person on here with a recent one-star review is acting like 1) she hired Colleen (she didnt - this was a court mandate), and 2) that she was any sort of parent or positive coparent to my child in this case. This negative reviewers true colors came to light in the investigation (certainly not working in the best interest of my son - her boyfriends son). So she came here to write an angry review because shes mad. Im assuming thats the case in many of these. Colleen certainly has childrens best interests at heart, and the people who dont will be angry. 5 stars!

Colleen McManamon took mother's words as Gospel, including a false narrative from when my daughter was 2-years-old... created through unnecessary and present day EMDR therapy. Also, Colleen's experience with an alcoholic member of her family should not come into play during our case (especially when it doesn't correlate). Colleen clearly needs to seek her own therapy and take care of some resentment issues so they don't surface in another child visitation case. She also hates men.

Like art said, I too believe she was biased and unfair. I have talked to a few people now that have felt exactly the same way. It would take her 6 months to send invoices and then your slapped with a huge bill. She condescended me several times during the process and would not address my concerns at all. She is disgusting. Update: Wow!!! It is really nice to know that everyone feels the same way. Colleen, you sure have made a big impact on everyone of our lives. All the condescending, and the tantrum remarks, all the wrong information you gave and how you couldnt ever remember anything that was said. You made our situation even worse! Honestly, she needs to re- evaluate her character and how she treats others. It is ridiculous. I should try to get some of my money back after seeing that she can obviously not handle the work that she does and is terrible at it. All the emotional and financial damage she caused is ridiculous!!! Every few months I have someone new call me and ask me about you and tell me how you have ruined their lives-every time it's the same things that I dealt with.....Colleen...it's time for a new profession.
