The team at Izbiky & Langer handled all of the merger & acquisition legal matters for the sale of my business to a publicly traded company with incredible responsiveness and professionalism. Their expertise and guidance made the process of selling the company I started over 22 years ago as smoothly as possible. They never missed a step and even authored the lease for the building I own to the new owner. Throughout the process they were available evenings and weekends and took care of everything quickly and cost effectively. I would not even consider hiring a different firm for a future M&A experience after working with Julian and staff. They are top notch!

So impressed. I was referred by a friend to this firm, and worked with Ty McKinstry. He helped me close two business purchases in two months. I was amazed at his expertise, his amazing questions, his fairness in the contracts, and his ability to protect me from myself by thinking about all the things that people should think about in a contract. He modified our documents repeatedly on my demands, and was able to keep up with the "hurry up and wait" I unfortunately put him through. Ty made the whole process super easy and took the time to explain things to me that matter, and also let me lead on what was important to me. I was so impressed, and look forward to working with Ty again in the future.

Best experience with a law firm ever! We were a small client and yet we were treated as VIPs. Calls were returned after hours and on weekends, all as quickly as possible. We always felt important and that they always were looking out for our best interest. We cannot recommend this company enough. They are truly terrific!!!

Its such a pleasant experience when working with Kristen Burke on establishing the escrow instructions and then the amendment projects for an unusual international trading business situation due to the challenging economic downturn. What made Kristen so special to me is that she put herself in the clients position and understood the client's concerns and needs in addition to her well trained knowledge and professionalism. Kristens effort of accommodating the urgent timing required for both projects was greatly appreciated. I would also like to express my appreciation to Julian Izbiky who replied to my phone call and email, and provided initial consultation. Overall, its a great law firm for those who might need legal advice and assistance.
