This was my first visit to your store. I wanted to commend Stan, for terrific service, with professional listening skills. He knew the Sorel boot offerings and helped me make some decisions. He offered his personal experiences with the line and applied no pressure. He was by himself in the mens dept and kept all customers covered. Ive trained salespeople for decades snd was shocked to find it was his 6th day on the job. I think you have hired a good one here. Congrats.

People working werent very friendly or helpful, very reluctant to take coupon even though was no reason they shouldnt have.

I accidentally bought a pair of gloves at the Fresco Columbia store that were too big. I brought them into the Breck store the next day and asked if I could exchange them (with receipt and all packaging). I was told by the man working that this store was owned by Vail and the Fresco store was a corporate store. I realize different stores have different return policies. Just expected walking in wearing Columbia boots, shirt, hat and jacket and not wanting to return, just make an exchange would have been an easier experience.
