Patagonia

I was very excited to finally go to a Patagonia store to pick up some baggies shorts but I have a medical condition (asthma) which makes it extremely hard to breathe with a mask on, even dangerous at times. I walked and was told that I couldn’t shop there because I did not have a mask even though the CDC and Colorado Covid mandates clearly states that “people with disabilities who cannot safely wear a mask are exempt for the mandate.” But the woman in the store still told me I still couldn’t shop there. If you can’t work with my medical condition then I will take my business elsewhere. The north face down the street accommodated for my breathing disability and therefore they got my business.

Was walking down Main St. in Breck and decided to stop by Patagonia for an extra layer, very glad I did so!! Had the pleasure of being helped by a very knowledgeable and caring staff member named Anna. If you stop by Patagonia in Breck ask for Anna because I’m sure she will get you what you need! Feeling confident with my purchase

This is not a Patagonia store. It is a retail outfit that is owned and operated by Vail resorts who orders Patagonia gear on consignment and then sells it... They have in abysmal inventory. They have extremely unhelpful staff who are not upfront about the fact that they are not an actual Patagonia store. Do not come here with any hopes of processing a repair or warranty claim, the only thing they will offer you to that end is a Vail resorts gift card.
