I have been seeing Julian as a therapist for over a year. In the past I really struggled to find a therapist that I felt understood me and my goals and therefore jumped around therapists a lot or didnt have a therapist at all at times. Julian has been the therapist I have been with for the longest in my life and has really guided me on my healing journey. He is very empowering and knowledgeable and I appreciate his mindfulness approach that can be applied to all mental/emotional/spiritual struggles. I would recommend Julian as a therapist to anyone looking to do some deep healing work with with a highly supportive therapist.

Today I went to see Julian Royce at State of Mind Counseling. He was so wonderful to ask me questions and listen to all the things I had to say. A lot of those questions made me understand even better what is going on with my brain. And Julian came up with a number of things for me to do that he think will help me not only help my brain, but feel even better than I have been for a long time.
If youre having trouble with your brain and need some psychological healing, this business is great and Julian can really help you come up with things to do.

I stumbled upon state of mind while taking a deep dive on youtube, I really enjoyed listening to Julian's podcast on mindfulness. I decided to take the next step and booked an online meeting navigating steps towards my healing journey. Ultimately, I enjoyed every bit of the experience! I definitely recommend working with Julian, his entire approach to mental health & healing is something you would not regret experiencing.
