When I got in touch with Shelly at Evolve in Nature, I was in my early 50s, depressed and confused. I had never before seen a therapist, and was skeptical. But I gave it a shot. I found Evolve in Nature Psychotherapy in 2016 when I was really struggling with panic attacks, anxiety, depression, and childhood trauma. I started working with Shelly Froehlich and her support was invaluable in helping me through what I was experiencing at that time and throughout life's challenges in the last 4 years.
