I have worked with Bryan and Kristen on two amazing projects, both net zero houses in the cold mountains of Colorado. Their designs are timeless. Whenever I walk into my current house, I feel happy. People routinely stop me outside to tell me how much they love it, and they can only see the exterior! It is so unique yet blends into the Colorado mountain town style seamlessly. They design houses that are not just beautiful but are green, efficient and made to last. They are terrific to work with, very professional and meticulous but also just great people. I have nothing but positive memories, which is saying something when building a house!

Caddis worked closely with our prime architect to design our cohousing community, the first of its kind in Atlantic Canada. As a cohousing design specialist that included lived experience on the part of the architects, Caddis helped our community feel confident that we were getting the best possible community-oriented design science. Combined with their impressive building science knowledge and ability to deliver PHIUS energy modelling and certification, Caddis brought an incredibly skilled, thoughtful, and dedicated team to our project that helped the design work express our core values. Bryan and his team’s client-oriented approach, friendliness and flexibility allowed them to connect well with our group, and they brought steady collaborative spirit and leadership to our professional team.
