        Had the best experience renting from Sage and Alan at Charter Sports! They were super helpful in picking the type of skis we wanted and we were in and out with our rentals in 10 minutes!

        There was a tall girl who treated us very poorly. Nowhere did she treat us like that, it is a discredit for both the hotel and the store she serves.

        We rented skis for several days while we were skiing at Beaver Creek. Alan and Cheyenne were super helpful and very patient! They were very accommodating. We will rent from them again in the future!

      We are sorry you had a challenging experience in the store. Apparently the reservation was made immediately before entry to our store and as a result, the reservation was not yet received by the shop. Our reservations request 24 hour advanced reservations to ensure adequate time for us to prepare rental equipment prior to your arrival.Even though you just completed the reservation online, the shop requested each guest to complete a profile, which is required, since the reservation was not yet in our system. Our POS system usually replicates every 10-15 minutes. The information was not available to the shop when the guest walked in. We honored the advanced reservation discount of 30% but needed your profiles prior to completing the rental. We apologize if this was not adequately explained to you. Please feel free to email or call us to discuss further.Thank you and we appreciate your business.
