Perfect place to rent equipment if staying at the Ritz. Couldnt be more convenient, especially with the ski valet. Great service!

Barbara was very unfriendly. Snubbing shoppers is not a good idea, my dear. You lost a big sale as we headed back to BC Village and shopped away. Nice merchandise and the gentleman that helped my husband was great, but she spoiled the experience.
