        Great service, friendly, responsive, and on it with the details! Both Sierra and Luke were great! They picked me up let me drop off at the body shop where my car was being fixed and the vehicle was new and very clean.

        DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. They were very friendly, but the service is just terrible. My vehicle wasn't ready until 5 hours after my designated time, I was told that I would get someone to pick me up to get to the rental vehicle but they forgot to do this or to even call me to say they couldn't. The vehicle I received had an empty gas tank, so I filled it up and was only refunded $15. I emailed them about this multiple times and never got a response. When I called in I was told that they had seen the emails and basically ignored them because they couldn't help. When I talked to the individual on the phone I was told it was my fault, and that I should have known to return the tank empty and that there was nothing they could do besides give discounts on future services, but I live out of state so that doesn't help me.

        Really appreciated the above and beyond of this staff when I was there in January. Very friendly, attentive, and even drove me home after dropping off my car! Can't give them enough stars. Glad to see Enterprise prioritizing having employees with such good customer service
