Update: my husband has died and after almost 2 years i still dont have his watch back. After using Americo for many years I am sorry to have to say I wont again. I understand he is ill, but he has had my husband's Omega watch since March and I want it back!! My husband has dementia and keeps asking about his watch. Surely, there is some way to retrieve my property. The voice mail says machine is off. I have wasted gas and time to go weekly - sometimes several times a week at different hours- as there is a sign on the door that they are resuming normal hours. It's been there for over a month but nobody is ever in. At this point I sadly have gone from 5 stars to 1 stars. Would have be 0 but it wouldnt post.

Checked to see if theyre open 4 times over the last week and not open.

The watchmaker was excited to see my mechanical watch when I brought it in for a time speed adjustment. He knows his craft and must've enjoyed not just replacing electronic watch batteries for a change. I'll definitely go here for any future watch repairs.
