Took my new watch in to be fitted. This guy knows his stuff. I was in and out within minutes. Will be back!

I was charged $15 to have a few links taken out of my watch so it fits me. It took him 2-3minutes of very minimal effort to do it. I wish we all could get paid $15 a minute . The guy that did it was pretty slick the way he did it... almost like he is very experienced in how to intelligently chase certain clientele away possibly or he is loaded with so much profit and clients he doesn't care. What hurts it at first he acted like a super sweet and nice guy and then...boom!!! "That'll be $15 sir". This was my first time going to a jeweler for something like this so I was too confused to argue about it...but I spoke to a few friends and they said...'oooh heeeeell no that dude ripped you off lol!

Vic has been in business for 30 years for a reason!! I have been there many times over the last 20 years and he is always friendly, always fast, always fair priced and by far one of the best jewelry repair shops around. He always has great deals on used stuff as well. I would give him 100 stars if I could.
