Very unprofessional and you can never get ahold of them. Place feels like a daycare with staffs kids and dogs running around. If your looking for a place who cares about doing your taxes right and answers all your questions. Find a new place!!! Nada professional. Busca otra lugar!!!

I will never come back to this people or Liberty tax! These people tell you they are going to do something and they don't it!!! Even if you call them to remind them. These people are very irresponsible an lack good customer service. An Mike is the first one to be terrible. He hire people that doesn't know what they are doing and waste people time.

Ladies are not helpful and they can't do a little thing I ask them for. I need some documents but they have had me waiting for three days already. Every time I call for an update they tell me they're still looking for it.... Had to go in person to get what I needed and gave it to me in no time
