Insufficient information provided for a customer to cash a check. They claim all a customer needs to cash a check is proper identification. They never mention that they (the check cashing facility) needs to call the company who issued the check. so imagine this... You're in Colorado. The check cashing place closes at 5 o'clock. You arrive at 4:30 pm, have all the proper documentation and the company that issued the check is from North Carolina a 2 hour time zone difference. Now they cannot contact that company because they're closed. Not my fault based on unclear, Insufficient information provided to your client. That should all be stated up front, not in the fine print, not in the Terms & Conditions. Tired of big business duping us. I don't know whether to say it's in experience incompetence or just taking advantage of the consumer. Get your program right. Your inability to communicate on a basic level is simply inexcusable. Nothing more to say!
