        This location is also never open on time. I came to this one and waited until 8:08 AM. There was somebody waiting outside to get in as well, but no staff in the store was still locked up with the gates around the counter and all. I drove to the location on Havana next to Safeway and that location was also still closed around 8:11 AM. Our opening times changing for the UPS stores? This isnt the first time that this has happened with both of these stores. Im at them pretty often. I obviously had to come back later in the day on my lunch breaks to do my packages or when I have time because I have work to attend to On time.
