Hello, Cadence Aurora Management.
I wanted to express to you my honest opinion concerning the way your employees are treated. I initially thought about joining Cadence, but after hearing about employee maltreatment and undervaluation, I've changed my mind.
Furthermore, claims of a hostile work climate and a lack of respect and gratitude for employees' efforts are troubling. A thriving company requires effective communication, proper training, and appreciation of accomplishments. Neglecting these areas not only reduces employee morale but also has an impact on the quality of service delivered to residents.
Based on this knowledge, I cannot in good conscience consider working for Cadence Aurora. Employee abuse and undervaluation raise severe concerns about the company's regard for its employees.

I was interested to hired I thought it was nice but I heard Discrimination the employees by there language and accent by the managements and lead team specially nursing staff to much pressure and short off staff one employee working 3 buildings by them self and qmap working like nurse state they have to come and see whats happening this company. Not recommended for this facility to work

As a reviewer, I would like to express my disappointment with Candace Aurora's workplace management. It is clear that discrimination based on factors such as one's place of origin, accent, and English proficiency is prevalent, and the management's behavior towards employees is often rude and disrespectful.
Based on the reports of my family member who works there, it is evident that the management's discriminatory behavior has resulted in a demoralized workforce. It is disheartening to hear about such experiences of discrimination and racism in the workplace. It is important to note that diversity and inclusion are crucial elements of a healthy work environment, and any form of discrimination should not be tolerated.
Therefore, I strongly advise against working at Candace Aurora unless one wants to be treated poorly and subjected to discriminatory behavior. The management's attitude towards employees is unacceptable, and it is clear that there are significant issues with the workplace culture that need to be addressed. As a potential job seeker, I would recommend seeking opportunities elsewhere where diversity and inclusion are valued, and all employees are treated with respect and dignity.

Such a great community to work at !! I have been apart of the team since July 2021 and I have just love it here!! The care partners have been here for years and Cadence has a very thorough process in caring for the residents. We have made so many memories and touched a lot of lives. It is very rewarding to come to work everyday and help others. Even if there is not a scheduled activity residents are out visiting with each other. We do a lot of outings going out to eat, for coffee and museums. As an employee I try to do the best I can to ensure the residents are living an enriched lifestyle. Everyday we are doing something fun and I cant wait to create more memories. We have a home like feel, to the community and are very welcoming.
