    Brooke is an incredible realtor with a wealth of knowledge about the real estate industry. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to provide an incredible experience. More than that though, shes a wonderful person an amazing mom and has a heart for helping to rescue dogs that makes her an angel.

    We had a mixed experience with Brooke. She's fun and while you're talking to her, super helpful. As we went and saw houses she helpfully pointed out some differed maintenance and helped us see homes objectively. Brooke and her assistant did struggle with consistent communication, sometimes missing houses we had asked to see and going a long time without updating us. Unfortunately, the seller of our home did not complete items they were contractually obligated to do before closing, and at that point Brooke pressured us to close anyhow assuring us she'd make us whole even if the seller didn't. After many frustrating days and Brooke telling us certain things were "just not that big of a deal" even though our home was not in the condition we paid for it to be in, we just gave up. Brooke did not get the seller to complete their contractual obligations and we are left we a house that is not in the condition we were promised it would be. To Brooke's credit, she did pay for a couple items out of pocket when the seller fell through, however, those items did not get our house to where it should have been and she consistently tried to find cheaper solutions for herself rather than getting us the best solution. I understand she cannot control the seller's actions, but she should not have pressured us to close on the house when we were so uncomfortable with the situation, and she then ultimately did not live up to her promises of making us whole. We love our house but we're not convinced that Brooke got us a fair deal.

    Working with Brooke and her team to sell our home was an amazing experience. Hands down professional, filled with expert advice, easy to work with, quick with communication, answered all of our detailed questions and had great resources to help the process move along with no issues. We decided to go on the road while the house was being sold, making things more interesting. Brooke and Heather definitely did the heavy work checking on the home and making sure things were okay while we were away. Once it came time to sell, they stepped up even more with scheduling inspections, cleanings, getting estimates for fixes after inspection... you name it, they were on top of it. I was concerned about not being present while the home was being sold, but they made it extremely easy with constant communication and making sure we could sign all of our closing documents virtually. They even made themselves available to check in on the packing and moving process. Overall, the experience was phenomenal and made selling our home, while we were not there, go smoothly.

She adapted to working with my mom who it was for and me who was buying it Not an easy place to be. She stayed integrated with us, she called every quarter to talk, I was always impressed never missed a quarter. That also kept her up to date on changes that could put me in need of her help.
