Listed my shopping center with a couple other companies in Denver, one of them would not return my calls and the other dragged his feet! I figured a multi million dollar property should have more diligent representative. I found these guys Dave was awesome! We use them to buy and sell our commercial properties in Aurora, Denver, Littleton, Boulder. They have low commissions and still give better service than other firms we have tried that had higher commissions and did not respond or leave us in the loop. For Commercial properties these are the Brokers to use.
