Allen Associates is working hard in taking care of our complex. They are our property management for our complex. Shawna has been talking me through the process of the insurance claims for our roof. She even puts up with my frustration. I told her my concerns about my sky light that was cracked with the recent storm. She had someone up there tarping my sky light as soon as she could. Thank you

I am writing this review as a former HOA president for 224 condo property in Highlands Ranch. We hired Shawna and Rowan Allen to manage our property after a long search and a very difficult relationship with BRC/HG Management/Avenue One Properties who mismanaged our condos for a number of years. I have to say that both board of directors and the membership can't be happier! Shawna is a hard worker and she gets things done. Not only she resolves disputes in a professional manner, stays on top of things in order for issues to be resolved timely and accurately, she also looks for ways to save our community money. In fact, since October 2022 when Allen took over, they saved us money on insurance, trash removal and more. If you are looking for a perfect management company-you won't find one, but Allen and Associates Inc. comes closest. It is very difficult nowadays to find a property management company who is genuinely interested in doing a good job for the community, so having found Allen Associates Inc. has been no short of a blessing for us. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable property manager.

I've never met Allen but his associates are moderately helpful as long as it isn't a Sunday.
