My experience with HOA companies I have dealt with varies. Most of the time I am dealing with cold and impersonal employees. I call to ask for something simple and unless I call 2-3 times and send an email i never hear back from them. When I do get a response is "Oh we are very busy" and I get an attitude why I am contacting them repeatedly. Or I get a late payment because of a technical issue (my mail was not received, their portal has changed, the payment did not go through, etc) and they make my life difficult until they forgive the late payment, if they ever do. My experience with Metro Management has been different, in fact exceptional because of one person, Molly Ryan. I send an email to request something, ask a question, I get a reply back within 1-2 hours or within a day. Molly is professional, courteous, polite and kind. I feel that I am treated with respect and that I am her client. I had an incident when my tenant was attacked by a dog, I called and she advised me how to proceed with a letter what to write in it and what to expect. She helped me through the process. I send an email to get an annual receipt of HOA dues for my taxes, I receive what I am looking for in a few hours. My tenant loses her pool key, I call Molly and she makes arrangements for her to get it on the mail or pick it up. These are just some examples. The experience I had with Metro Management HOA company, was by far the best and it was because of Molly. I asked Molly to share with me properties she manages so that I can consider buying because I know I wont have to deal with poor HOA issues. And it is a pleasure anytime I call Molly I feel good after the call ends. I am tired of dealing with rude and incompetent HOAs. Thank you Molly. Christos

You know when a management companies cares about their clients by continuously making capital improvements and addressing issues as they arise with the help from the board. MPM strives to keep the community looking new by seal coating, painting, replacing carpets in hallways to name a few. Its great to have a management company answer calls and reply to emails within 1 business day. Vendors are top notch and always respectful. Keep up the great work!

I would highly recommend this company to any HOA shopping for a new partner. They are organized, receptive and responsive in all areas. I find they are willing to work with homeowners to bring them into company without being heavy handed. Communication is great all around. They are well informed and every bit as invested as the homeowners.
