Just rented with Maranville Realty, Karen has been so patient and super helpful. If and when i have a question she answers quickly and with the answers. I definitely would recommend working with Maranville Realty.

Im a realtor and was helping my son find a place to rent, we found the perfect unit for him which was being leased by Maranville. Karen was helping us specifically and she was responsive and kind. She worked with us through many details to get my son into a condo that will be perfect for him and near the job hes been at full time for two years. I will now add Maranville to my contacts for when I have a client/property owner who needs a property management company, as thats not my specialty. Thank you!

Unprofessional. I've been dealing with red ants in my apartment for months and tried on multiple occasions to contact them for a solution to a possible ant infestation. (FYI the ants were crawling on my ceiling and falling onto my bed and floor, one night an ant landed in my noodles). After multiple times of calling you still need "proof" of the issue. I tried calling to ask for a preferred method to send videos and for professional help but they ghosted me, no response yet. I'm not asking for the world, just a professional to spray my roof and the tree outside but no they left me hanging and I have to stay here for the remainder of the lease. The situation has slowed down but im worried when it warms up more will come. I work in customer service so this kills me because if one of my guests had this issue I would try to help not blame them for something that was there before they moved in. Karen is the only person I can say I appreciate here because she worked hard to clean my place before I moved in.
