Walmart Vision & Glasses

Guy working the desk was so amazing and incredibly friendly! He was also extremely knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend this location!!!

Ive been going to this location for over 11 years. Went today and the optician was less than helpful or professional. She just put her hand out - as if asking for something didnt say a word. Finally after her huffing and puffing, she found my account and told me my prescription was expired. I didnt want a prescription, I wanted new lenses for sunglasses. Will not be returning to this location until they get some competent people. I ended up walking out - they lost a $500 sale today.

This place is a joke avoided at all cost. They lost my brand new prescription and theyre telling me theres nothing they can do to help me. They never have the same doctor, and the employees can never help.

Made appt for eye exam end of last year. Gave insurance info over phone and when i walked in.They told me mid-way through exam they don't take 'medical' insurance. My provider offered to give them billing info but they refused. Although I was return customer, using same insurance as last time, and regularly receiving coupons, they 'didn't have me in their database'. I walked out of exam before complete so I didn't have to pay out of pocket. But this store cost me my annual vision benefit for 2022 because I didn't have time to find another provider!!! When I said I would contact Walmart, they said they aren't associated with Walmart. I don't know if that's true or not. Sign in shop says "Walmart Vision Center".

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I ordered my contacts over a month ago and I went to pick them up and the store is closed! I have no way of getting the contacts they already charged me for! At least let your paying customers know where they can pick up the items they have ALREADY PAID FOR even if you have to cover the expense of mailing them!!! I will NEVER visit another Walmart for my vision needs!
