    Doctors are great, but their billing department is atrocious. I have in writing a bill would be zeroed out on October 4th....it is now March 19th. I have followed up atleast 20-30 times and have been lied to straight to my face each time. Most specifically about how I would be contacted by the billong manager. I hate leaving doctors that actually provide awesome care because those are very hard to come by but I can't stomach how the billing department treats their customers.

    6 months after a follow up visit (no mention of a charge at the time), we received a bill for $125.00 after the ICON takeover. I called numerous times and sent an email. WARNING....be sure to ask about charges and take names so this doesn't happen to you. Never again...it's not the Colorado Laser and Vision of old after the ICON takeover.

    I have been seen by Dr Grin here for a while and satisfied with the care and payment. My last check up appointment on April 18th 2023 to meet with Dr Grin was not honored because i met with another doctor at the examination room only to find out Dr Grin was no longer there. I was not happy because i used that place because of Dr Grin. I have no insurance so i always pay before i leave the facility . Thatday the bill was almost twice the.usual and i was told new rates now. I paid. Todayi am recieving another higher bill for the same service. I see this as extortion. I am yet to hear from the billing office. I am not happy with this and will let all my friends that i introduce there know. I belive i should be informed of this service fees befire .

    I hardly believe an anual test skips the checking the eyes for a new formula. They didnt explain clearly enough why. I am not coming back. There is always something with the service.

I am so sorry you weren't happy with your visit. Our patient care coordinator and our technician went over this with you , you signed the paperwork and declined to get a refraction. By the time we realized what you wanted you had already been dilated and we offered you the chance to come back for refraction . We are more then happy to make that appointment for you.
