        Went for lunch yesterday and it was a complete mess. There were more people working there than I have ever seen before but that didnt seem to help. The line was super slow, they were running out of food and the place was mess. Dishes were piled up in the back, trash was everywhere, and there were no clean tables. Plenty of people standing around literally doing nothing. We ended up leaving after they told us they were out of several ingredients and the beverage machine was broken. Pretty sure we will make the drive to a different location going forward. This one is going down hill fast and no one seems to care.

        Disgusting. Ordered quesadillas that are supposed to come in a cardboard box with the 3 extra toppings and a few triangled quesadillas but I got disgusting big tortilla with the carnitas and a bunch of cheese just folded, tossed in some foil and 2 toppings in two little containers. Will never order from this place again. Just gross how you serve this to your customers.

        The worst experience in Southlands. Dine in order took nearly 40 mins with only 5-6 people in front of me. The place is extremely unorganized. They don't have enough staff. No ice in the ice machine and trash everywhere.

        I've done a couple online orders and picked up from here and both times they're was good missing from my order. Food was good but when I pay extra for guacamole and chips and queso it would be nice to actually receive it.
