The staff here is nice but even if you have an appointment, plan to wait at least an additional hour to be seen.

Really the worst lab services. Not just this location. Every one, every visit, is short-staffed. The waits are horrendous. Apportionments are hard to come by and dont help that much. They obviously need to pay better to hire people.

Regular lab visit Jan2024, the office staff were organized and efficient, the waiting area and patient room was clean and neat. The new tech while experienced was being monitored as per protocol I was told; she was excellent. I also understood it to be under new management and I would say, it shows; nothing to critique.

I have seen posts on this place about it being bad but thats just unfair. I had a nice experience and people were quite nice. Did not take long at all. 10/10 would recommend
