        The women, especially the owner's wife, are super rude when he's not around. Every time I go I buy something and I have been going there for years but this time the lady was disrespectful to my mom and almost snatched a piece of jewelry out of her hand while the lady there was ON HER PHONE I even had to wait for her He finished his conversation on the phone and when we first walked in it seemed like he wasn't even trying to let us see him. If the owner Don Jos is not there, I do not recommend it at all. Come back out. I'll be sure to notify my family as well.

        took my bracelet in for a cleaning. Came out with it looking like it was taken apart and put together again. I went to Jared to confirm my diamond bracelet and everything rung up as metal. I have to call it a loss because I did not take any pictures before and this is a 15-year-old diamond bracelet I don't have any receipts. Beware of this place. You might be better off buying jewelry seeing as if they can get a hold of fine jewelry that makes them a lot of money. They stole my diamond brackets on my bracelet you don't know how upset I am. Karma will get them. It's been about a month. Even though my bracelet is not real anymore. I decided to wear it the other night and it broke. Had it over 9 years it's never once broke. I am just really heartbroken that these people would do this to someone

        I been here multiple times. I have bought plenty of jewelry here. Also got a bunch of it cleaned or fixed. The owner knows me and the sone + nephew. I had a little misunderstanding with a older lady there with how I wanted a ring fixed. I was hoping to get it fixed instead she was very rude to me. Said some very disrespectful remarks. Only reasone for me not being rude back is out of respect of the rest of the family I know. She must of had a bad day or just don't like me. When going to this store avoid her. Older Latina lady with glasses. Talk to the older gentleman or Angel.

We definitely have a no phone policy and Don Jose has taken more of owner role and sometimes spends time in the back .       Hi Lisa Cortez Brown I have to express how grateful we are that you stopped by and visited our store. I have to admit that your statement about fine jewelry is actually incorrect Fine jewelry with it's fancy appraisal priced three times higher then normal to is actually more of a label then anything. Yes I'm sure it was fancy and high end but actually probably just lab diamonds that actually would cost us more to sit there and try to make another bracelet that's identical out of whatever metal you claim it to be. It would cost me twice as much to pay 2x my jeweler to make it let alone find the time to do so. We have proudly been in business over 20 years 21 in January, and this is the unfortunate stigma about Jewelers. That were like car mechanics and we just take and leave parts broken to get you back when that is the most incorrect non educated assumption. Ma'm I can almost reassure you that your bracelet was never real to begin with and we took gamble with trying to fix it as we only fix good and silvet to satisfy the client needs. Jared is your talking about the one two miles up the from here off Abilene actually have brought us many repairs along with every other and jewelry store and pawnshop in the greater Aurora Metro Area . The simple fact that you don't have any pictures or appraisal paperwork for this item tells me that maybe you bought it thinking it was high end. Jewelry. I Jessie A .
