My insurance was not renewed. Mr. Johnson chose not to inform me. He also decided to not return any voicemails. I would find an agent who responds.

I recently switch to Farmers after being with USAA for 11 years. Matt made it a easy transition for me and even found ways to save me money. His staff and him are very knowledgeable in their field and answered any questions that I had without trying to upsale me. Their office manager made all the paper work easy to complete and i had no trouble at all. And its nice to have an actual agent insead of a pre-recorded message everytime I call. Awesome customer service and would highly recommend.

Matt Johnson is a terrific insurance agent - he's super responsive, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! I'm so happy that my Farmer's policy was transitioned to him - best agent ever!

I received exceptional customer service when there was a glitch with my mortgage company in transferring my home insurance to Farmers. Krista got a hold of the company and quickly resolved the issue. Matt gave me suggestions and options to help get better coverage and still saved me money over my previous insurer. I would highly recommend this agency.
