I have been with them more than two years and on my last renewal, i wanted to visit my family out side the country for three month and ask them to find for a policy that reduce my insurance while away. They told me that they reduce my insurance to 700 hundred a month but when ask right to reduce. The said the insurance company does not approve. I have asked my deposit and refused. I would not advise anyone if the can get another insurance. Integrity matter.
