Sorry to have to write a scathing review. On check out day they went into my room and damaged/disposed of my few belongings I had in there. I had had the room for a month and never did they have to clean it or change the bedding. It was used only as a place to study. Despite this they couldnt even manage to give me a call on my check out day and ask what to do with my items. A military issued helmet bag of sentimental value and some cockpit posters. They had my phone number. I wasnt supposed to check out until tomorrow. It was a clerical issue that I had already addressed with them. Unacceptable to me. I spent 120+ days in Marriott locations last year and to say this wouldnt happen there is an understatement.

This place is a hidden gem. It's absolutely lovely and very romantic. The pool area is very nice. I wish the water in the pool was warmer, but it has big windows so the sun really warms up the room. It's a wonderful relaxing spot. I left a large hair barrette at a table and it was still there the next day. I appreciated that. I can't go on enough about the rooms. The bath. They provide a little bottle of bath salts and I enjoyed the extra touches here and there. Housekeeping tidied the room while I was out. They were kind enough to fold my grandchildren's clothing that I had left on a bed. That was very kind. The dining at breakfast was a little confusing, but it was delicious. Lots to choose from. I was very happy to have stayed here while our home was being painted. I definitely want to return for dinner again.

I'm only ranking this hotel so high because of the actual design of the hotel and the beautiful rooms other than that this is a very quiet do it yourself type of environment because service isn't a thing here but that didn't matter to me because my room was beyond amazing and that bathroom (which is my favorite part of any room) gave me chills it was so amazing stay here for the beautiful architecture and there are a couple of nice bars and restaurants in walking distance. The mountain view backdrop is also another reason why I ranked so high as well.
