        Rooms: My husband and I booked a double bed room because we have our 7 year old daughter and we were told that there were only single bedrooms left. The woman at the front desk didn't charge us the $100 deposit and assured us we would get a double bed room the next day. We were transferred to a new room but it was infested with roaches. This issue needs to be looked into and taken care of because no one wants the feeling that they are carrying roaches around while they travel.

        Bad customer service very aggressive and they like to lie about everything and not fully support guests and their needs very demanding staff not courteous at all makes living at this hotel impossible.... Rooms: Lies about saying the hotel is fully booked and wouldn't give me a room back that I already paid for that night and just a rude person in general Safety: Scared sometimes because of their abusiveness towards their guests
