Won't go here again. You tell them how you want your hair cut, but mine ended up being too short & uneven sides. I'll wait a month or so and go somewhere else to get this mess fixed. Never really had an issue with most of my haircuts from SuperCuts!
Great Clips: Don't bother contacting me or replying to this post because it will "fall on deaf ears" and won't make a difference anyways!
Oh by the way, your welcome for the donation because I didn't get what I paid for...

Worst neckline and sideburn trim I have ever received. I went to this Great Clips location wanting to just get a neckline and sideburn trim. Christy, my hairstylist did a rush job on my trim which resulted in an uneven and pathetic trim. The salon was not even busy at the time, so I don't understand why Christy was rushing through my trim. When I asked the manager for a refund for the cost of the trim and the tip, the manager and one other hairstylist began laughing?! They think it's funny when a customer is unhappy and disappointed because of poor and unprofessional service?! No, what's funny is employing a hairstylist that can't even trim necklines and sideburns properly. Heed my warning and don't go to this Great Clips location for any hair service. You will regret it.
