Dont let Lisa cut your hair. She is one of the rudest people I have ever came across. She made rude remarks and kept insulting me for slight moving my head. She has no professionalism and to top it all off shes not even good at cutting hair. Its actually quite sad that they let anyone cut hair. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

I was very happy/satisfied eewith this businesses service all around. The time That I went in, there were only two employees. Both were very kind. Lisa however is the one cut my hair. And I do got to say, she did an amazing job. Normally there will be at least something about the cut that I don't like. But I am very pleased and happy with her work cutting my hair.

I have been going to great clips from 13 years and was always happy with the service EXCLUDING with the store located at 19751 E Smoky Hill Rd Ste C, Aurora, CO 80015. Worst haircut even after instructions on haircut stored in their system, made haircut uneven - short on one side and longer on other. On top of that staff started arguing that I should know what type of haircut & details needed and since I dont know, this is what should be expected. Wasnt sure the customer need to be professional hairdresser to use services for basic haircuts because staff doesnt know how to do it Very frustrated with the experience and now I need to find another professional hairdresser to fix the mess.
