        Came in today and was blown away by how beautiful it looks in inside. Gentlemen by the name of Amir helped me with what I needed swiftly and was courteous. I was in and out in a few minutes.

        This branch makes me cringe. Last month, I used the drive thru as a hopeful convenience. If you were hoping to get your hair braided, then yes, it would have been. I waited just a little over 2 minutes for a teller to answer the call and tube just so I could get a pen. I had to wait until one of the tellers' hair was done getting braided. Then, after I sent my signed check, it was another 12 min. I was the only car in line for the first 85% ish of my wait. Even goung inside the personnel seem fake and non helpful. With the personal and round counters, it makes it feel less personal. A member of 12 years, no longer.
