Pa-o-la is super disrespectful super unprofessional definitely should not be in customer service. I went in to find out why my bill was charged an extra 40 a month with out warning or explanation. So when i asked her why she was full of i dont knows and told me i need to call another company. Didnt want to give me the number and started yelling at me when i was confused as to why my account was changed without notice. She started to bark like a dog literally. cussed me out in spanish as of i dont understand. Just because im white doesnt mean i dont speak spanish. I am very disappointed in this store and this company. Ive been with ceicket for 15 years. I hope this woman is removed as "manager" she definitely isnt manager material. A full on screaming match because this woman felt like she can talk to customers any way she pleases. I troed reaching out to the pwner and of course no response from him. Go some where else definitely a different location.
