        At any other location I get great customer service. However at this location tried to purchase 2 new phones and because of a misunderstanding the Male who stated he was the Manger was actually screaming at us I absolutely refuse to go back to this location.

        Went in to buy a phone case and a screen protector and was ignored by staff for 25 minutes. Standing around listening to them. Small talk with other customers instead of having some kind of urgency in their work. You should not take that long to have someone pay their phone bill If they weren't so worried about being salesman and trying to sell people things on top of what they're already paying. I would have actually bought a phone case but I walked out instead. Won't be going back either.
