    Used to be a nice place to live, but poor management has caused it to go downhill drastically. Zero utilities are included which is not out of the norm necessarily this day and age, but on top of that they charged you nearly $200 a month in amenities fees on top of your rent . The pool is constantly being drained and refilled because they don't keep up with the maintenance on it, the gym is always out of cleaning wipes, ice builds up on the stairs, etc. In addition to that, in the less than a year that I have lived there there has been a shooting at my building and my vehicle has been broken into. They will try to sell you on safety and the fact that they have cameras but the cameras do not cover anything but the clubhouse and provide no additional security for tenants in parking lot areas. If you bring the concerns to management they are very dismissive, rude, and show extremely poor customer service skills and a general lack of concern for their property. Couple that with complete ineptitude and it can be quite frustrating. I'm moving as soon as my lease is up and I would recommend never getting into a lease at this property.

    Well this place USED to be nice, but now it's a total rip off. They claim you'll get reimbursed for insurance charges they forced on you and never take the charge off nor reimburse you! We've had insurance the entire time we've been here- three years!- and now suddenly they won't accept it even though they claim it was. I have emails from their third party company saying they accepted the insurance, I gave our insurance to the front office staff and THEY accepted it- still a lovely 8 dollar charge on our statement! What a scam and bunch of lies! The noise levels here are awful too. We moved to a higher floor years ago because of it and even on the third floor we are hearing our second floor neighbors when they have a party. I have to go bed early because of my job and I'm woken up by loud noises and last night a wonderful stank smell. The staff even sent out an email about it because of how many noise complaints they've been getting. Dog poo is everywhere. I miss this place when Jennifer and Norma were here. The lady who generally sits at the front desk is nice and tries to help us out, but it's clear the management doesn't care about us any more! Can't wait to move out now!

    Update- if I could give them negative stars I would!! This place is horrible now! The new staff does nothing but send out rude emails, make up new rules, they dont even put out Ice melt when it snows. All maintenance does is ride around on the carts. I have put in several maintenance requests and they never come but close the tickets and send surveys. There is always trash everywhere. They charge you for rental insurance even after you give them proof that you already have it. They leave the front desk employee (young lady) might I add she is the only professional and nice employee this place has now to deal with all the issues. If you ask to speak with a manager you now have to set an appointment. My mom went in to talk to them about her upstairs neighbors and how loud they are earlier in the morning and late at night. She still hasnt heard anything back from anyone in the office about it. There has been no Community events or even anything for the new employees to introduce themselves. They lie about everything so if you have a conversation with them you may want to record it. Luckily I did record my last conversation with the then assistant manager. I told her my brother was coming in for my cousins funeral and he would be in his work truck, the group before them let him park where no one parks. She asked if I had a spot I said yes but its too big for it its a box truck. She said it was no problem just not to park in the future residents spot. 3 days past and they call his company saying they are going to tow. I called them and the manager lies and says i didnt tell them how big the truck was which I did. Once I told her I recorded the conversation she didnt have anything else to say. I reached out to corporate and they didnt care either. Had I known Johanna was leaving I would have left with her. This has turned into the worse place to live and this has been the worse leasing team we have had. If you want to pay high rent, receive rude emails, cant use the pool, see trash over flowing from the dumpster, be charged 50 for trash pick up because were being charged for outsiders dumping their trash this is the place for you! We are being charged all this money to live in the ghetto!

    Absolutely horrible, do not recommend whatsoever. If I could put 0 stars I would. The staff has been a complete joke when it comes to simple requests like asking neighbors to be respectful during the "quiet time". Not to mention it's in Unincorporated Arapahoe County, so good luck even getting the sheriffs to write a ticket. The amenities are almost always NEVER available to use. I was completely screwed out of my deposit refund for a "sanitation fee" for them to probably just wipe over all the cleaning I already did prior to moving out. The amount of potholes and damage in the complex is the worst I've ever seen. Stay as far away from this place as possible, you'll be saving yourself a major headache.

    Beware of living in this complex. The management is an absolute disaster, and no one seems to actually know whats going on. If you ask two different staff members the same question, you will get two different responses. The only thing this apartment effectively knows to quickly take action on is sending demand letters and threatening evictions. Ask for a basic task to be completed? Good luck youll be waiting for weeks for anything to get done. This used to be a lovely place to live, and one I would recommend to anyone. But if youre hoping youll reside somewhere with competent management that is actually interested in working with you to solve the most BASIC of issues, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Frankly I am not sure what I pay such high rent for, because clearly its not materializing into any benefits for tenants. You are much better off putting that money into a house than wasting it monthly on an aggressively subpar apartment. Fingers crossed that they get bought up again. Its such a waste for what is otherwise a lovely location.

Zero utilities are included which is not out of the norm necessarily this day and age, but on top of that they charged you nearly $200 a month in amenities fees on top of your rent . The pool is constantly being drained and refilled because they don't keep up with the maintenance on it, the gym is always out of cleaning wipes, ice builds up on the stairs, etc.
In addition to that, in the less than a year that I have lived there there has been a shooting at my building and my vehicle has been broken into. They will try to sell you on safety and the fact that they have cameras but the cameras do not cover anything but the clubhouse and provide no additional security for tenants in parking lot areas.
If you bring the concerns to management they are very dismissive, rude, and show extremely poor customer service skills and a general lack of concern for their property. Couple that with complete ineptitude and it can be quite frustrating.
I'm moving as soon as my lease is up and I would recommend never getting into a lease at this property.
