They communicate very well and make sure your needs are taken care if whether its with the move in process or as a current resident. I have lived here for just over a year and it has been a great experience ! Lauren and Belinda are amazing. Always helpful and professional. Maintenance is prompt and are really great guys. The apartment is spacious and the attached garage is the best part. It is a really great community. Everyone is always happy, helpful, and courteous. I look forward to renewing my lease.

Title: Challenging Experience at Waterford at Southlands I've lived at the Waterford at Southlands, a Greystar property, for quite some time now. My recent experiences with the management have compelled me to share my story. The location is excellent, and the amenities are as advertised. However, the human aspect of property management has been deeply disappointing. In my interactions with the property manager, Lauren, I often felt met with indifference rather than empathy. When facing financial hardships due to a job loss, my wife and I sought a bit of leniency and understanding, only to be met with robotic responses and escalating late fees. We managed to secure the funds to pay our rent, but without clear communication, our total due was suddenly increased. Previously, we were fined for an alleged incident that lacked concrete evidence. After expressing our dissatisfaction through the appropriate channels, we noticed a decline in the quality of service from the management team. Recently, after voicing concerns about the lack of empathy and quality customer service, we were suggested to vacate our lease within 30 days and told that in-person service would no longer be available to us. While I understand the necessity of policies and procedures, the lack of empathy and flexibility during challenging times has been disconcerting. The lack of clear communication and perceived bias has made living here a stressful experience. I believe property management involves more than just maintaining the physical property. It's about fostering a community where residents feel heard, respected, and valued. Unfortunately, my experience at Waterford at Southlands has fallen short of this expectation. If you're considering moving here, I would advise you to weigh these factors into your decision. I sincerely hope that the management considers this feedback and takes steps to improve the living experience for all residents.
