I called the office on Monday, January 16th. The office was closed to to MLK day. The message said they had a doctor on call. I called that doctor but did not receive a call back. I left a message with the office as well. No call back. I have a very severe sinus infection. I have been coughing so hard I was throwing up! Left this message with both the office and doctor on call. NO CALL BACK. A friend told me about the Little Clinic at King Soopers. Called and made an appointment same day. Got in and was prescribed Amoxicillin. Very disappointed in the bed side manner of a doctors office! I will go to the Little Clinic's when I need good care from now on!

Very rude staff! Final straw was I scheduled an appointment was told 1:40. Walked in at 1:30 they told me I was late my appointment was at 1:20 and the wanted to cancel my appointment made me wait an hour and a half to be seen. They NEVER follow through with specialist appointments! I honestly felt my age did not fit their ideal clients- I am middle age but young enough to know when advantage is being taken of me! Better off not ever going to a doctor! They caused me more anxiety and stress then any doctor I have ever been to. I do NOT recommend this office!

Called for a recommendation/referral after meeting in person. Office would not help unless I came in again. Since I would not come in again I informed them I would find a new primary care giver and was hung up on. This office is a mess, avoid.

Horrible doctor Im haven with drawls from my medicine and she wont refill until I see her!!! Her practice and herself are the worst shes a horrible doctor shes rude shes judgmental shes racist also!!! Please NEVER GO TO HER!!!

The absolute worst physician's office I've ever been to. I just left after an awful year with them. To many problems to list all, but just some were incorrect referrals, problems with prescriptions, rude staff, a doctor using unhygienic, unsafe methods, lack of communication, etc. I hope they can be improved with the new owners.
