I stopped in for a physical and to establish a new primary care physician. Everyone from the front office to the nurse practitioner were super friendly and professional.

This is the primary care provider assigned to us on our new insurance card. When calling, they automatically put you on hold without even answering. Then I sat on hold for a long time with no response. Based on other reviews, I can see why their rating is so low.

I am getting bills for a co-pay 2 years after the date of service. It's not the principle of the amount - it's crazy and this is coming from a Health Care Attorney. They literally tell me they had delays in submitting claims (errors in submission), their claims were a mess, and now finding patients weren't billed. Totally contrary to timing filing/billing.

This doctors office has the weirdest phone hours. The doctor is unreachable. Takes two weeks to refill a medicine, then they dont issue the correct refill. Then you cant reach them because of their weird phone hours. No messaging service. This place is 0 stars and Im now looking for a new provider
