Bad experience buying a piece of property through John L. Scott. Lack of communication, leaving out pertinent information, and unfriendly. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and will seek another professional for our next property purchase. I do not recommend.

We moved to Siskiyou County in fall of 2015. My husband and I were looking to purchase a home. We contacted John L Scott realty in Yreka. Our realtor Chris Kutzkey helped us with the purchase of our first home. Since then we have sold and purchased another home as well as property lot. Chris Kutzkey has helped us with all transactions. Her professionalism and hard work has helped us get into our dream home. Chris is now like a family member and in the future John L Scott and Chris will be the only people I will work with in purchasing homes from. We love you guys!
