I rent both my home and my commercial space from prime country, and have for years, I cant say enough how pleasant my experience has been while renting from them. Maddie is always so quick to respond to any concern, after hours or during business hours. They take care of their properties and their clients! 10/10 recommend.

When I moved back to the area with my 2 year old, I knew absolutely no one in the northern Siskiyou county area and we desperately needed to find a happy, safe place for our family to live. Ive now been with Prime Country for 4 years and it has been the best experience Ive ever had when renting. I feel protected and secure in my home, and any time theres an issue or I have questions, Maddie comes to the rescue right away. When we moved homes, they made sure we were cared for and complimented on how great we took care of the place, helped me get things handled at both addresses, and I was so relieved to receive my deposit to put towards the new place. These are wonderful people and if you see a listing pop up as available through them, run, dont walk!

I feel like they are very family oriented, and want the best for my children and I. I also really appreciate how I can put in a request and the issues get handled in a timely manner. Never have had any issues with anyone on their team. I would honestly suggest looking into working with them if you are looking for home because they are great.
