Such a cute little preschool. The staff are so sweet and take such good care of my baby boy. The have an app that notifies you when your child has been fed, diaper changed, napped, and they also send you pictures of your child. So happy.

My son has been attending Fun 4 Kids since he was 4. We followed his teacher Miss Jaime, who has been my son's teacher since he was 2. She is so loving and dedicated, she is truly an exceptional preschool teacher. I've had great experiences with all of my son's teachers, he adores Miss Jessica. She creates unique lesson plans for the kids and exposes them to different cultures and literature. She has a background in theatre, and over the Summer, her class was able to showcase their acting skills. My son absolutely loved it. In the summer, there are field trips available, which my son really enjoys. My son is able to get transported to and from school, which helps me out a lot! The hours of operation are great and work well with my 9/80 schedule. I am really happy with Fun 4 Kids, and I feel confident that my son is safe while in their care. Ms. Melissa is a great director. She is easy to get ahold of and has always communicated with me well.

I took my 3 month old baby here only for a little while because the location just did not work for us. I felt Ms Morgan and Ms Ashley listened to what I wanted/needed for my son. He has a flat head and I was fortunate that they helped in keeping him off his back, which helped so much. I know my baby was very happy there and I wish the location was not an issue. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I do wish they had an app for live updates and cameras, so I could see my son whenever I want.

This review is very overdue and the only reason I am circling back around to it is because we are moving back to the area and now have another infant. We briefly revisited some of the locations we review the first time around in 2017/2018. This location seems to be under the same director/mangement as back then. I do not like giving horrible reviews but I think it is important to share what happened so other potential parents can be aware. I am just stating facts of what happened and my own personal opinion of the director and teachers.Facts: My infant (4 month old) attended the school briefly, for about 3 months in the infant room. She was fed exclusively breastmilk from a bottle. No formula and had a milk protein allergy, so I did have to remove all dairy from my diet. (Important detail for Incident #3 which made me pull our baby out)Incident #1 I caught them making up times on my childs timesheet- the sheet where they fill out the times fed/how many oz's. I came in to pick up my daughter earlier than I normally did one day (she had 4 bottles sent with her for the day and she usually went through all 4). So on this day, there was a bottle still in the fridge. When I asked for the timesheet, they gave it to me and I looked at it and noticed a teacher had written down my child drank x amount of ounces at x time. That time had not even occurred in the day yet....and the bottle was still in the fridge. I spoke to them about it and they admitted a teacher should not have done that and it was a mistake....I let it go because my baby was ok and they apologized.Incident #2 Our baby had missed a scheduled feeding (not ok when they are only 4 months old). When I picked up my child she was obviously bothered (screaming and in a soaked diaper in a bouncer with no one comforting her. It was an hour after she needed her bottle. The excuse was "my child was next in line and they were warming it up next". My personal opinion was that someone forgot (I HOPE that teacher no longer works there.)Incident #3 I picked up my baby and noticed that one of the bottles in her bag (empty) was not ours. Common mistake, except OUR bottle was still in the fridge...I questioned that since all bottles on our time sheet were marked "drank all"....so they definitely fed my baby someone else's bottle (my bottles were clearly marked with our name). Now remember my baby had a milk protein allergy...I was very upset as the bottle was not labeled and they could NOT tell me what was in it (breast milk/formula) because they were trying to "guess" who's bottle it belonged it. I was terrified and very upset. The director brought a few of the teachers into the room and no one could figure it out. No one was ever able to let me know what was in it, even after they had to have found out- they claimed they didn't. I was traumatized more than my baby was- my infant did end up ok, but this situation was shrugged off and handled horribly. The directer didn't seem to be understanding of the situation and I did not get good vibes from her reaction- it was unauthentic . She seemed to side with the teachers and said "It happens sometimes, sorry." Some advice for the center- I understand that accidents happen, but incident #3 was unacceptable and avoidable. Take the time to hire better teachers and make sure your employees are happy and treated well. They appeared overworked and could not handle the day- this trickles back down to the babies. I sincerely hope things have gotten better.
