        I had never experienced Lagree, it has been life-changing for me physically and mentally. It has made me more present in my life and taking this time out for myself and working so hard has made a difference. I can see it in my body and I love to go to class. It is challenging but I feel so good afterwards. The instructors are knowledgeable and caring. It is a great community.

        I tried many Pilates studios but stuck with Core Precision. Everything works out great for me: costs, subscriptions, time, instructors, ease of booking. Cant be better!

        If you want results, this is the place to go!! wow!! Deane is a great instructor! very motivating and encouraging but also pushes you just enough. You will laugh but also walk away, knowing you're making a difference.
